Job summary

Engine is seeking a Director, Business Analytics to lead a large analytics organization embedded across Growth, Sales, and Finance. This senior role sits at the center of how a fast-growing travel and fintech company makes its most consequential decisions, owning the analytical agenda and setting standards for excellence.

You will build a team of 15+ analysts, partner with commercial and financial leadership, and shape data strategy to drive revenue growth, customer value, and operational

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analytics supporting commercial functions.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams including managers.
• Experience partnering with CROs/CMOs/CFOs and senior leaders.
• Strong business judgment: link analytics to revenue and value.
• Fluent SQL and modern BI/data stacks (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience building scalable analytics operating models.
• Domain expertise in CAC, LTV, pipeline, attribution, and revenue metrics.
• Experience in high-growth, product-led environments (B2B SaaS/fintech/travel).

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy for Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Lead 15+ analytics professionals and develop leadership capabilities.
• Partner with CROs/CMOs/CFOs as strategic analytics advisor.
• Build analytics foundations for growth, attribution, and ROI.
• Oversee data governance, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
• Drive data-driven decision making across the business.
