Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in US Biotech/Pharma or consulting, strong analytics, and leadership skills to manage complex projects and partner with marketing and field teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of US Biotech/Pharma and/or consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Finances, Economics, or Business; Graduate Degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate the US operational plan including brand, financial and people activities.
• Lead US forecasting process and cross-functional alignment across functions and global teams.
• Develop and maintain leadership dashboards and performance reports.
• Drive efficiencies, improvements, and data-driven decision making across US functions.
• Collaborate with US marketing, field leadership, and global teams to support strategy and execution.
