Qualifications

Experience working with data science teams and interpreting model outputs.

Responsibilities

Define goals for Slate’s auto loan and ancillary product offerings and align with regulatory requirements.
Deliver product and pricing changes with engineering, design, and operations.
Prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic considerations.
Own partner integrations, data exchange, underwriting logic, and compliance alignment.
Analyze funnel performance, approval rates, and funding metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Use A/B testing and statistical methods to optimize profitability and attach rates.
Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs (approval, take, funding rates, NPS).
