Job summary

UKG is seeking a Partner Success COE Strategist to establish and scale the Partner Success COE across services and partners. You will define delivery frameworks, enablement, and governance to drive speed, quality, and customer outcomes with an AI-first mindset.

You will collaborate with Learning, Product, and Partner Operations to build repeatable playbooks, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate strategy into practical programs.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• AI-fluency demonstrated by past experience and/or certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve the operating framework for the Partner Success COE.
• Define partner delivery methodologies, playbooks, governance models, engagement criteria, standard procedures, templates, and expected outcomes.
• Translate partner delivery best practices into repeatable processes across products, regions, industries, and delivery models.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and escalation paths among teams.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve partner and customer outcomes.
