Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in SaaS software delivery and enterprise services.
• Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
• Experience scaling across Enterprise, SMB, and Mid‑Market segments.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with global teams and implementation partners.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills for cross‑functional alignment.
• Experience in customer‑centric delivery with a bias toward service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Implementation strategy aligned with UKG objectives.
• Build trusted executive relationships to champion a unified delivery vision.
• Lead and scale a global implementation organization with accountability culture.
• Ensure world‑class implementations for UKG HCM and WFM SaaS solutions and KPIs.
• Establish and evolve customer success programs to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Drive continuous improvement using AI technologies to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Enablement, and Support for end-to-end journeys.
• Oversee Professional Services lifecycle including enablement, consulting, and transition to support.
• Optimize global resource utilization and manage budgets for scalable operations.
• Ensure governance and compliance, including data privacy and labor regulations.
