Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Procurement leader for the xPL Offsite initiative. You will lead the procurement strategy, department processes, and staff, coordinating with SourceBlue and national suppliers to optimize bids, contracts, and compliance. This role demands extensive construction procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to guide policy and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years in Construction/Procurement or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing procurement policies, procedures, and practices.
• Strong understanding of contracts, indemnity, insurance, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of xPL Procurement department processes, practices, policies, and staff.
• Develop and implement bidding strategies; manage meetings, negotiations, and award processes.
• Ensure contract documents meet company standards and BPCC compliance.
• Oversee supplier qualifications, safety, insurance, and scope requirements.
• Create and maintain Supplier Management Program with scorecards and audits.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across procurement teams and clients.
