Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop bidding strategies, ensure contract compliance, and advance supplier prequalification while aligning with safety, ethics, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years in related fields with 10+ years in procurement in construction.
• Experience developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.
• Understanding of contracts, indemnity, insurance, and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of procurement department processes, policies, and staff.
• Develop bidding strategies and manage bid/award processes with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee contract development to meet company standards and BPCC collection.
• Manage supplier qualifications, risk, and performance through SMP and scorecards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with strategic goals.
• Serve as subject matter expert and process owner for procurement systems.
