Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced procurement leader to manage xPL procurement strategy and team. The role oversees policy application across product lines, collaborates with SourceBlue teams, and maintains relationships with national subcontractors and suppliers to support project operations.

The position drives bid strategies, contract compliance, and procurement system enhancements while maintaining industry leadership through external engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited program with extensive procurement experience.
• 15+ years in construction, procurement management or equivalent.
• Experience developing procurement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of procurement department processes and staff.
• Develop bidding strategies with cross-functional teams and manage bid meetings.
• Oversee contract development ensuring policy compliance and BPCC collection.
• Manage supplier contracts, safety requirements, and insurance/bonds.
• Create and maintain Supplier Management Program with scorecards.
• Collaborate to evolve procurement policies across teams and clients.
• Serve as subject matter expert for procurement systems and processes.
