Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Procurement leader to drive the xPL Offsite procurement strategy, policy, and supplier relationships across national networks. You will oversee budgeting, contract development, and compliance while guiding a team of procurement professionals and coordinating with SourceBlue and Offsite operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in construction procurement, advanced negotiation and contract skills, and experience managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program with extensive procurement experience (15+ years total; 10+ years in construction)
• Experience developing and implementing procurement policies, procedures, and practices
• Strong understanding of contractual language, indemnity, insurance, financial statements, and analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead development of xPL Procurement department processes, practices, policies, and staff.
• Develop and implement bidding strategies for competitive bids with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee contract development to reflect company standards and BPCC compliance.
• Manage vendor scope and conditions, insurance, bonding, and safety requirements.
• Create and maintain Supplier Management Program and scorecards with supplier audits.
• Lead offsite manufacturing and strategic sourcing procurement workflows and cross-functional alignment
