Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment to lead workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service. The role focuses on developing strategic human capital and growth plans, analyzing workforce data, and guiding hiring, retention, and performance-management initiatives.

Working under a Managing Consultant, you will deliver actionable insights, coordinate stakeholder discussions, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables across multiple

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD 'Public Trust' clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience leading strategic workforce transformation.
• Three (3) or more years of management consulting in workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation workstreams for the United States Secret Service.
• Develop strategic human capital and growth plans.
• Analyze workforce data to derive insights and inform plans.
• Create metrics to evaluate plan effectiveness.
• Prepare and lead stakeholder discussions and leadership briefings.
• Ensure accuracy, standards, and timely delivery across assignments.
• Support briefings and status communications to senior leaders.
