Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, leading workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service. The role includes developing strategic human capital and growth plans, analyzing workforce data, and guiding hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development processes.

Under a Managing Consultant, you will support multiple concurrent assignments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience leading strategic workforce transformation.
• Three (3) or more years of management consulting experience in workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic workforce transformation initiatives for a federal client.
• Develop stakeholder engagement approaches and implementation plans.
• Analyze workforce data and generate insights to inform strategic plans.
• Prepare and lead internal and external stakeholder discussions and leadership briefings.
