Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment to analyze workforce transformation data, conduct current state assessments, and help design future state recommendations for the DHS Office of CHCO. You will contribute to briefings, client presentations, and communications materials while supporting comprehensive plans to implement program goals and keep resources on track.

The role requires obtaining and maintaining a Federal or DoD Public Trust, a Bachelor's degree,

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree THREE (3) or more years of experience in strategy, workforce transformation, and/or process improvement, including THREE (3) years of management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce transformation data and analytics.
• Conduct current state assessments and gap analyses.
• Formulate recommendations and design future state workflows.
• Create compelling briefings and presentations for clients.
• Prepare communications materials supporting stakeholder interviews and analyses.
• Support development of reports and presentations summarizing quantitative and qualitative outputs.
• Assist in internal and external stakeholder discussions and project tasks under supervision.
