Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment to lead workforce transformation for the DHS Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. You will guide a team in developing strategic human capital initiatives, including hiring, retention, and performance management.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in strategic human capital transformation and at least 5 years in management consulting, with strong stakeholder and leadership communication skills to senior
Qualifications
- Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
- 7+ years leading strategic human capital transformation
- 5+ years of management consulting in human capital
Responsibilities
- Leading teams in strategic human capital transformation and implementation plans
- Directing stakeholder analyses, personas and journey maps
- Performing current state assessments and develop implementation plans
- Analyzing human capital data to gain insights
- Developing metrics to evaluate transformation effectiveness
- Preparing for stakeholder discussions and leadership briefings
- Providing direction to a team of at least 5 on complex solutions
- Managing multiple concurrent assignments and ensuring timely delivery
- Preparing briefing materials and summaries for senior leaders
