Career Team is seeking a Project Director in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to oversee Workforce Solutions and ensure execution of the project’s strategic plan. You will lead the program teams, maintain compliance, and drive performance with a focus on service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of operational leadership and management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in a dynamic team environment with strong communication and professionalism.
• 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive.
• Knowledge of the 14 county North Central service area and program requirements (WIOA/TANF/SNAP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and program monitoring.
• Maintain knowledge of WIOA/TANF/SNAP and related policies.
• Drive metrics and performance while coaching staff and creating service delivery plans.
• Coordinate policy implementation for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary local contact and contract liaison for the Workforce Solutions North Central board.
• Lead employees to execute program initiatives and support growth.
• Oversee daily programmatic operations and conduct regular coaching and evaluations.
