Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Director to lead the Workforce Solutions program, overseeing client facilities and ensuring high service levels.

You will coordinate with Operations, Implementation, and client executives to drive performance and satisfaction. The role requires building system-wide relationships, managing staff, and delivering regular reports while adapting to travel demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical or staffing industry experience.
• Experience in workforce solutions staffing preferred.
• Prior management and operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships within facilities to assess and manage needs.
• Foster client satisfaction by implementing WFS best practices and measuring performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Implementation, and facilities to ensure service delivery.
• Assist in contract negotiations and resolve terms & conditions issues.
• Lead and develop Workforce Solutions team to drive client satisfaction and outcomes.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on utilization, activity, and KPIs.
