Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in workforce planning, staffing coordination, scheduling, or call center operations.
• Experience analyzing workforce data to influence operational decisions.
• Participation in on-call or after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities
