Job summary

Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health seeks an experienced Workforce Planning Manager to optimize labor utilization across departments. You will leverage Laborlytics, Workday, and adaptive planning to deliver actionable insights and support strategic financial planning.

You will lead a team, analyze productivity, model staffing, and present metrics to executive leadership, ensuring cost-effective operations and continuous improvement across OU Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years experience in relevant Healthcare work with at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to implement data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of large organizational management and staffing controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify productivity improvement opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Guide use of labor and productivity systems (Laborlytics, Kronos, other apps).
• Utilize Laborlytics dashboards to monitor productivity trends and cost optimization.
• Lead Workday-based workforce data analysis, reporting and staffing alignment.
• Support planning through Adaptive Planning with labor forecasts and scenario modeling.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and quarterly scorecards for leadership.
