Exercises independent judgment in staffing recommendations and resource allocation.
Analyzes labor utilization, turnover, vacancy trends, and expenditures; provides cost-management recommendations.
Develops workforce planning reports, dashboards, and executive analyses for decision-making.
Leads planning initiatives and process improvements, including policies and training materials.
