Job summary

Grant Associates is seeking a Community Partnership Manager to lead WIOA services in Lane County. You will build partnerships, engage employers, and coordinate job development and referrals to improve participant employment outcomes.

You will develop and facilitate job readiness workshops, work with case managers and industry partners, and help expand access to workforce services through OJT, work-based learning, and direct hiring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, workforce development, human services, education, communications, or related field.
• Minimum three years in workforce development, community engagement, employer relations, or related area.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, nonprofits, and workforce partners.
• Engage employers to identify needs and create sustainable hiring partnerships.
• Coordinate job postings, referrals, and recruitment activities to support participant employment outcomes.
• Deliver job readiness workshops and coordinate industry engagement activities.
• Monitor and report on program performance and outcomes to leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation of partnerships, referrals, and workshop activities.
