Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Social Services or experience working in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to identify workforce needs and promote services.
• Experience partnering with employers, education institutions, and workforce organizations.
• Ability to recruit, enroll and support participants into JTED, WIOA and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employer outreach to identify workforce needs and promote available services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry associations, educational institutions, community organizations, and workforce partners.
• Recruit, assess, and enroll eligible participants into JTED, WIOA, and other workforce development programs in accordance with grant eligibility requirements.
• Provide comprehensive career navigation services, including career planning, goal setting, and ongoing participant support throughout training and employment.
• Coordinate work-based learning activities, including paid work experience, internships, on-the-job training, incumbent worker training, customized training, and Registered Apprenticeship opportunities.
• Match participants with employment and training opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and local labor market demand.
• Monitor participant progress throughout training and employment, providing follow-up services to support retention and career advancement.
• Collect and report performance data required under JTED, WIOA, and other funding sources, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies.

Education

Associate's degree or higher in Business, Social Services or experience working in manufacturing.
