Grant County is seeking a Community Coalition Specialist to guide and coordinate community-based prevention initiatives. You will support coalition meetings, develop strategic plans, and engage partners across schools, organizations, businesses, and residents.

This role emphasizes collaboration, data-informed planning, and alignment with grant objectives, with flexible hours and local travel as needed. A CPP credential may be required by funding sources and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant behavioral health promotion experience.
• Ability to engage diverse community partners and foster leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and coordination for community coalitions to develop, implement, and evaluate prevention plans.
• Coordinate goals, timelines, and measurable objectives with coalition members and funders.
• Engage community partners and stakeholders across sectors to advance prevention goals.
• Deliver clear presentations, reports, and technical assistance to inform stakeholders.
• Maintain records, assist with budget and grant reporting, and support data needs.
