Grant Associates is seeking a Case Manager to deliver comprehensive workforce development services under WIOA. You will serve as the primary contact for participants, guiding them from enrollment through placement and follow-up, while coordinating with employers and community resources.

You will manage a caseload, meet performance expectations, and ensure timely, accurate documentation in accordance with program requirements. Strong organization and customer-centered service are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in workforce development, career counseling, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of WIOA programs, eligibility requirements, and performance measures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and engage eligible adults and dislocated workers for WIOA services.
• Conduct intake, interviews, and eligibility determinations.
• Coordinate referrals to workforce programs and community resources.
• Develop and update Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) based on assessments.
• Provide career counseling, job readiness guidance, and coaching.
• Maintain caseload, document progress, and meet program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain audit-ready files.
