Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a labor systems professional focused on supporting scheduling and staffing, agency procurement, and labor reporting tools across hospitals. You will collaborate with CNOs and operations to optimize workforce management technologies, including UKG Pro WFM and CSE, driving staffing efficiency and analytics.

The role involves implementation activities, training, user support, and liaison with IT and vendors to enhance system functionality and user adoption.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited four-year university.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital staffing and scheduling.
• Experience with hospital labor management, productivity, and workforce analytics.
• Experience with workforce management and scheduling applications, including UKG Pro WFM and CSE.
• Customer service and stakeholder relationship management.
• System implementation and maintenance, training, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Support development, implementation, optimization, and utilization of scheduling and staffing applications.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Provide training, user support, and liaison functions across hospitals.
• Perform skill mix and compliance reviews and support workforce analytics initiatives.
• Partner with nursing and operational leadership to improve labor efficiency and staffing outcomes.
