Job summary

First American is seeking a seasoned Workforce Analytics leader to enable strategic workforce decisions and planning in Santa Ana, CA. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights and forward-looking talent strategies.

You will build analytical frameworks, manage complex projects, and drive cross-functional coordination across Compensation, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition to maximize organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in workforce analytics, people analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years leading employees, complex projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and leaders to define workforce priorities and deliver insights.
• Develop insights to anticipate talent needs and opportunities.
• Integrate multiple data sources to create meaningful recommendations.
• Deliver executive-ready insights with data storytelling.
• Lead workforce planning: set priorities and standards.
• Drive coordination across HR to implement actions and measure impact.
