Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience leading employees, projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and leaders to define strategic workforce questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop forward-looking insights and practical recommendations for talent planning.
• Integrate multiple data sources to produce meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Deliver executive-ready insights through clear data storytelling and visuals.
