Job summary

First American is seeking a senior Workforce Analytics leader to enable strategic workforce decisions and planning. You will partner with HR Partners and business leaders to translate data into actionable insights that inform talent strategies and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires 7+ years in analytics, 3+ years leading initiatives, and advanced Power BI and Excel skills; Workday is a plus. Expect a collaborative, data-driven environment with a focus on storytelling and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with analytics experience.
• 7+ years in workforce analytics, people analytics, business analytics, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years leading employees, projects, or initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; Workday preferred.
• Experience translating analytics into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience building analytical frameworks, tools, or processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Partners and business leaders to define priority workforce questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop forward-looking insights to anticipate talent needs and identify risks/opportunities.
• Integrate multiple data sources to create meaningful recommendations.
• Deliver executive-ready insights through clear storytelling and visuals.
• Lead workforce planning frameworks, tools, and action tracking across HR functions.
• Drive coordination with Compensation, Talent Mgmt, and Talent Acquisition.
