Job summary

First American is seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst/Leader in Workforce Analytics to enable strategic workforce decisions and deliver forward-looking insights across HR and business leaders. You will partner with HRBPs to translate priorities into analytics questions and present findings through clear visuals and data storytelling.

Responsibilities include integrating multiple data sources, building predictive analytics, and shaping executive-ready recommendations that influence workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in workforce analytics or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience leading employees, complex projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; Workday experience preferred.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience building analytical frameworks and tools for workforce planning.
