Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a senior Workday Consultant to deliver functional expertise across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll and Benefits. You’ll configure processes, manage integrations, and collaborate with COE teams to optimize Workday usage.

You will drive requirement gathering, design, testing, and release readiness while staying current with Workday roadmap and future enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven Workday functional expertise and knowledge of Workday reports.
• Ability to navigate challenges independently with strong judgment.
• Experience aligning COE needs with business processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development.
• Monitor and maintain Workday integrations and data transmissions.
• Lead testing and validation for new Workday features and releases.
