The role requires deep expertise in Workday Drive, Docs, and related tools, with hands-on experience in onboarding, change job, and termination workflows, plus collaboration with Payroll, Recruiting, IAM, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of Workday architecture experience.
• Strong configuration and data migration experience.
• Proven ability to optimize business processes on the Workday platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday modules to align with client workflows (Core HCM, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll).
• Develop and maintain reports using Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Manage Workday security framework (roles, domains, security policies).
• Support data migration, tenant setup, and tenant management activities.
