Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Workday Compensation leader to shape HR systems strategy. You will oversee configuration, testing, and production support, coordinating a dedicated team of analysts and collaborating with Compensation stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday and PeopleSoft, including Workday Compensation.
• Ability to translate functional requirements to technical language and vice versa.
• Extensive experience in HR areas with Workday Compensation knowledge (plans, eligibility, merit, bonus).
• Workday system configuration at Functional Admin level with oversight of compensation config.
• Experience solving configuration and integration issues with root-cause analysis and testing.
• Experience leading Workday initiatives, prioritizing work and coordinating testing.
• Fostering collaboration between business and technical teams with inclusive leadership.
• Building partnerships to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Strategic thinking and planning to drive growth, learning and integrity.
• Clear, effective communication to inspire trust and share strategies.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
• Be a strategic design thinker; champion Workday as a design partner for compensation.
• Provide expert analysis and oversight of Workday Compensation configuration and processes.
• Nurture relationships with HR partners to align roadmaps and needs.
• Prioritize large-scale COE-Workday projects and oversee compensation initiatives.
• Optimize Workday configuration and operation within assigned modules.
• Document functional requirements and manage testing plans and change management.
• Lead a team of analysts; coach and review compensation configurations.
• Stay informed on Workday releases to leverage new features.
