Job summary

Mobility is seeking a Workday Functional Leader in the United States to guide and implement core HR modules across HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Time & Absence, Reporting, Learning, Help, Peakon and Payroll. You will own hands-on configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and design decisions, partnering with HR and IT to ensure scalable, compliant processes and a reliable analytics foundation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HRIS or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on Workday functional experience across multiple modules.
• Experience with global Workday implementations or major platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle and workforce reporting.

• Lead the Workday functional lead for Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Time & Absence, Reporting, Learning, Help, Peakon and Payroll.
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing and troubleshooting across these modules.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday configuration, functionality and best practices.
• Ensure Workday capabilities align with organisational HR processes and strategic priorities.
