Job summary

R. L. Polk Mobility LLC is seeking a Workday Functional Lead to oversee Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll and related modules. You will configure, test and troubleshoot across Workday, ensuring alignment with HR processes and strategic priorities.

Lead design decisions, guide roadmap initiatives, and collaborate with HR and IT to deliver scalable solutions and robust reporting. Strong stakeholder engagement and governance are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR, business, or a related field.
7+ years in HRIS, HR technology or enterprise SaaS platforms.
4+ years hands-on Workday functional experience across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

Lead as hands-on Workday functional lead across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Payroll and more.
Perform configuration, testing and troubleshooting within Workday modules.
Design functional solutions in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.
Oversee Workday roadmap, enhancements and release readiness.
Coordinate testing cycles for biannual Workday releases and changes.
Partner with People Analytics for Workday data structures and reporting.
