Job summary

PacificSource Health Plans is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS professional to manage and optimize our HR information system. You will maintain Workday modules, ensure data integrity, and support HR processes across the organization.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, producing reports, and partnering with HR stakeholders to implement enhancements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of HR system experience including implementation, administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows, data reporting and security and compliance.
• Experience leading Workday-related projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, workflows, security, reporting and processing.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks including open enrollment and reviews.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards; provide training and end-user support.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to meet evolving needs of the business.
