Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a motivated Specialty Store Account Executive to grow our West Coast and Southwest specialty store business, with a focus on RTW and Jean categories. You will drive sales, manage orders through JOOR and ERP, and build strong relationships with key accounts.

You will own the sales process from appointments to delivery, identify new markets, and partner with the sales team to maximize growth across the territory while representing Veronica Beard in showrooms and at trunk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant wholesale experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel and able to leverage data for forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth across your territory by leading market appointments and presenting the Veronica Beard collection; manage orders through JOOR.
• Own the sales process from appointment through delivery, including order entry and account management through JOOR and ERP.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and identify new markets and opportunities.
• Develop strategic account plans in partnership with the sales team to maximize growth across the territory.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, translating brand vision and customer experience in the field and showroom.
• Drive account performance by projecting initial bookings and reorders; identify opportunities to maximize business.
• Analyze sales trends and market insights to adjust strategies and drive growth.
• Travel within the territory to support key accounts, trunk shows, and in-person partnerships.
• Partner with accounts to understand business needs and provide product and selling support.
