Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, PM, sales management or implementations in financial services.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in coaching Advisors or a sales team.
• Travel required 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Implement new business development strategies and products for Financial Advisors with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
• Coordinate training and support for sales teams to drive adoption of new technology and practices.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients for continuous improvement.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable implementation.
