Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management seeks a Business Development Consultant to drive strategic initiatives, oversee rollout of new products and processes, and align business development with sales, product, and operations teams.

The role bridges multiple groups, supports field adoption, and aims to achieve growth objectives while coordinating with stakeholders and leadership. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, project management, or related roles in financial services.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coaching Advisors or a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services with Financial Advisors and Field Leaders.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
• Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams for adoption of new technology and practice management.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable successful implementation.
