Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Business Development Manager to scale Diverse Wealth Strategies across the U.S. Private Bank. You will partner with leaders, advisors, and stakeholders to translate growth plans into measurable client outcomes.

In this role, you will manage complex projects, drive opportunities from partnerships and events, and coordinate national sponsorships to optimize ROI while maintaining pipeline visibility and reporting for accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to present and analyze information for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with bankers and stakeholders to drive business development across six wealth strategies.
• Lead lead generation from events, sponsorships, and advisor engagement with accurate follow-through.
• Coordinate client and prospect engagement with market leaders and advisors.
• Oversee national sponsorships and partnerships, including contract reviews and external relationships.
• Develop follow-up plans to maximize sponsorship ROI and new client opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and provide reporting for accountability and results.
• Collaborate across Private Bank to strengthen referrals and cross-business engagement.
