Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a Business Development Support Manager to drive strategic initiatives, support rollout of new products, and bridge business development with sales, product, and operations teams across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, train field staff, monitor risks, and build strong stakeholder relationships while traveling up to 50% to ensure successful adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, project management, sales management or implementation in financial services.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coaching Advisors or a sales team.
• Travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services for Financial Advisors and Field Leaders.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
• Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure adoption of new technology and processes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
