Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management seeks a Business Development Support Manager to drive strategic initiatives, oversee rollout of new products, and bridge business development with sales, product, and operations teams.

The role delivers cross-functional project leadership, training and field support, and ongoing risk and feedback management to promote growth and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles within financial services.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Licensing requirements including Series 7 and SIE or equivalent, plus Series 66 and Life/Health licenses as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Execute the implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services to Financial Advisors and Field Leaders.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
• Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure adoption of new technology and practice management.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable successful implementation.
