Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Detroit area to lead sales strategies and grow market share in water treatment across boilers, cooling towers, ROs, clarifiers, and related processes. You will work with technical staff and account managers to develop and execute growth plans and pursue new customers.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, prospecting, and delivering compelling proposals while achieving profitable sales targets and collaborating across ChemTreat teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science/engineering field is preferred.
• 10+ years of water treatment experience.
• Experience with water treatment systems including boilers, cooling towers, RO, clarifiers, raw water, and wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customers; prospect and cold call generation.
• Create and present proposals; communicate ChemTreat value to prospects.
• Drive growth strategies with account managers and technical staff; meet sales targets.
