Job summary

ChemTreat is seeking a Business Development Manager in the US (water treatment sales) to drive growth by leveraging technical expertise in boilers, cooling towers, RO, and related systems. You will develop strategies, analyze markets, and work with Technical Staff and Account Managers to expand our share in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of water-treatment experience, a technical degree, and a proven ability to create and execute growth plans with customers.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 10+ years of water-treatment-related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic sales planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of markets, trends, competition, and revenues.
• Develop and execute sales plans to grow ChemTreat’s market share.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for profitable volume and margin.
