Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive the long-term growth and retention of revenues within a defined territory in the United States.

You will engage with existing customers through proactive and reactive site visits, understand business needs, and coordinate with internal teams to extend waste collection, processing, transportation, and disposal services. You will use consultative selling, manage renewals, and develop bid/RFP responses to secure durable

Formación

• Educ: AS/BA/BS in business, marketing or communications.
• 2–5 years of sales/account management/ client success experience in Managed Services or similar.
• Prefer waste & recycling or B2B experience.
• Strong consultative, solutions-based selling and negotiation skills.
• Experience with forecasting, bid responses, contract management and pricing.

• Participates in long-term market and sales planning with leadership.
• Cultivates a collaborative customer experience with proactive in-person visits.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through direct communication and feedback.

• Manages renewals, negotiations, and proposals with internal partners.
• Forecasts revenue and communicates next steps in Salesforce.
• Travels within defined sales area to meet customers and close deals.
