Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Ohio is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead put-to-club, storage, pallet sortation, and crossdock activities ensuring timely throughput and asset integrity.

You will manage staffing, safety programs, and loss prevention, optimize equipment use, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with cost controls and strategic planning for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and administer all warehouse operations, including put-to-club, storage, pallet sortation, crossdock, receiving, and shipping.
• Maintain staffing levels to achieve 100% asset integrity on outbound shipments.
• Address product-related issues impeding operations and monitor safety and loss prevention practices.
• Review equipment needs to enhance productivity and manage costs; drive continuous improvement.
• Foster strong communication between management and team members to ensure a safe working environment.
