• Pay range starts at $115,000; actual salaries vary by location and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily facility activities.
• Direct multi-directional teams supporting operations.
• Control budget and expense management.
• Develop talent and ensure cohesive customer service.
• Oversee distribution from DC to club locations including logistics and inventory.
• Ensure asset integrity and adherence to policies while increasing efficiency.
