Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Club Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure a best-in-class member experience at the club level.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and P&L understanding, with 4+ years of retail/warehouse operations management experience and open shift availability. You will manage a large team and partner with Home Office to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Strong drive for results and accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams or cross-functional groups.
• Solid understanding of profit & loss statements and merchandising impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a BJ’s club team to meet profitability targets.
• Develop talent, supervise team members, and ensure a positive member experience.
• Drive store operations, cost controls, and implement profitability initiatives.
• Communicate vision, give direction, and validate results with the Home Office alignment.
• Maintain awareness of local competition and market trends.
