Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a Club Manager to lead daily club operations, drive profitability, and deliver a best-in-class member experience. You’ll supervise Team Members, manage performance, and partner with Home Office to meet strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of store or warehouse operations leadership, strong communication, and a proven ability to develop talent while maintaining cost controls and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager required.
• Strong drive for results, honesty, and commitment to high member service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a large team.
• Solid understanding of P&L, shrink control, merchandising, customer service and conflict resolution.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership including managing cross-functional teams and training staff.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.
