Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Logistics is required.
• 3–5 years distribution or warehousing management experience preferred.
• Proficient understanding of distribution management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, crossdock and yard jockey functions.
• Evaluate daily volume to staff each department for 24-hour turnover.
• Ensure accurate receipt of merchandise per BJ's policies.
• Monitor crossdock flow to maximize merchandise movement.
• Manage shipping to BJ's standards and asset integrity.
• Develop and coach direct reports to hit department goals.
