Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Independence, KY is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the warehouse inventory team, ensuring accurate counts, reporting, and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

You will collaborate with operations to maintain product availability, monitor timekeeping, and drive cost control while coaching staff for performance and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• College coursework or related experience preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Supervise, train and mentor team members.
• Monitor inventory count accuracy and ensure product availability.
• Tag and record pallets and ensure correct product location.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Manage timekeeping and payroll related paperwork.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve performance.
• Complete required logs and operational documents.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support cost control through scheduling and overtime reduction.
