Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Kentucky is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee the warehouse inventory team, ensure accurate counts, track processes, and coordinate between internal and external teams.

You will supervise and mentor staff, monitor GMP and food safety, maintain time and attendance records, and drive cost control through scheduling and overtime management. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to operate MHE safely and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse inventory team and ensure accurate counts and reporting.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor GMP and food safety guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Maintain timekeeping, attendance, and staffing records for payroll purposes.
• Identify opportunities for cost control through scheduling and overtime management.
