DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a diverse warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive process improvements, safety, and KPI reporting while partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes coaching, workflow optimization, and proactive customer engagement to sustain DHL's market-leading logistics operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years logistics industry experience.
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices.
Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to drive improvements.
Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
Partner with HR and site leadership to support supervisor hiring and talent decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Engage with customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
